Scandibørn is operating as normal with a fully functioning team in our German warehouse. We have introduced extra cleaning protocols inline with EU recommendations. Our Couriers also have new protocols in place to allow drop off at a safe place if you are self isolating. Remember our Customer Service team is always on hand to help you with any questions you have. The safety of our customers, staff and families is always our main priority and we are here to support you in any way we can during this difficult time.

As everyone is aware these are unprecedented times and we are currently experiencing high demand. Our warehouse team and couriers are working extremely hard to deliver your parcels on time, whilst adhering to strict safety guidelines. Both standard and express shipping options are available and these dates are being met.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days. We also offer Express Shipping (within 3 working days). Most of our items are shipped from our German warehouse. All other items are being shipped from the UK and any customs charges are being covered by us.
Please note for some larger furniture and playtime items, the delivery information on the product page will state delivery time from ordering.
How much is delivery?
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the service selected. Free shipping is available across most of EU on orders over €150 and all of the EU on orders over €300.
Who are our Couriers?
We use DHL tracked service throughout Europe.
