We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.
- We know that our customers often like to exchange for a different product(s), this is why offer FREE exchanges.
- If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) OR for store credit (no expiry date) please contact us via our contact form and we will organise for a free shipping label to be emailed across to you for a drop off or collection.
- We are happy to accept returns for exchange within 30 days of receipt, we know life gets busy so if it’s been a bit longer just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
- We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.
- We do offer free exchanges (drop off label to be supplied to you free of charge) for a different product or for store credit (no expiry). See Exchanges above for how to proceed.
- If you would like a refund to your original payment form click here link to generate your returns label and returns form. We have hubs across Europe. Please note that you are liable to pay for the return if you have chosen a refund.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
- Special/Customised orders (Including made to order Furniture): These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
