We want you to love your Scandibørn products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt so long as the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in fully resalable condition.
I would like to return an item, what should I do?
We know that our customers often like to exchange for a different product(s), this is why offer FREE exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) OR for store credit please contact us via our contact form HERE and we will organise for a free shipping label to be emailed across to you.
If you would like a refund for your product(s) please follow the instructions below
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.
Please click here link below in order to generate your returns label and returns form. We have hubs across Europe. Please note that you are liable to pay for the return if you have chosen a refund.
Please make sure you include a note in your parcel with your NAME, ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER (if possible). Please note any returns without NAME and ADDRESS may not be able to be processed.
My item is faulty or damaged, what should I do?
If you receive any faulty items, please contact us immediately via our contact formHERE.
We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.
SALE ITEMS: Please note we do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
FURNITURE:Please note we can not accept returns on furniture items unless they are faulty. If there are any issues please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SPECIAL ORDERS/CUSTOMISED:These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
EXCHANGES: Scandibørn offers complimentary exchanges on products. If you have used this complimentary service and then would like a refund shipping costs will be deducted from your refund up to the value of €15 (depending on the item exchanged).
In most cases we will price match other retailers, but before requesting, please have a look at our criteria:
The product(s) must be the identical size/colour, make and model to the one we offer.
The product(s) must be in stock at the other retailer and delivery must be within the same timelines, UK stores only.
The price match will take into account any other offers used at Scandibørn.
The price match will take into account delivery charges from the other retailer.
